"Thunder Doyle"

Jack Doyle, a down and out boxer, joins an underground and illegal boxing circuit run by a shady man, Raffini, hoping to get a shot to get back into the limelight of legit boxing with the help of his friend Merwin.

Filmed in Westerly, RI, this drama is in production. Federico plays Aldo.

"Sibling"

The intense story of a brother and his younger sister who witness their parents' violent murder at a very young age. The girl, Audrey, is adopted by a loving single father, while her brother, Marcus, is left to languish in an orphanage where he is abused. Reflecting the violence he experienced at such a young age, Marcus becomes a monster and has to be institutionalized. He waits patiently for the chance to escape, and when he does, he seeks revenge against those who made him the violent psychopath that he is.

Filmed in Union, NJ, this horror film is currently in post-production. Federico plays Dr. Morris.

"Lucky Days"

"The Bronx Balletomane" (2008)

Joey (Federico) appears to be just a regular guy from his Bronx Italian neighborhood. He's tough, works two jobs, and hangs with the fellas'. But a lifelong secret has always separated Joey from the rest. His passion for Ballet.

A short film, "The Bronx Baletomane" is the father/daughter dramatic comedy of Joey and Giselle, two tough souls from the Bronx, as they overcome their inner fears and take an unexpected step into the world of ballet. A step that will forever change their lives.

"Proud Iza" (2008)

“How singular life is, how changeable! What a little thing it takes to save you or to lose you.”

A short film, Proud Iza is a contemporary retelling, set in New York City, of “The Necklace” by Guy de Maupassant.

Samuel (Federico), a humble man and a devoted husband, cares for his wife, Iza, as he does for the most delicate petals in his flower shop. Vainglorious and disdainful, Iza, resents their meager living and Samuel’s banal satisfaction with their decidedly modest existence. She dreams of a life of leisure and adoration, yet finds it perpetually beyond her reach. Until one evening, when she is given the chance to transcend this prosaic routine and brush cheeks with high society. A vision in ball gown and borrowed jewels, not even Iza could have anticipated what would follow…

"Capers" (2008)

The film "The Capers" made its debut premiere at the 23rd annual Ft. Lauderdale Film Festival. The film is directed by Julian Kheel, alongside co-writer Brett Haley and producer/actor Michael Cecchi.

A comedy, "The Capers" takes you on a non-stop action packed ride with the quirky crews known as "Sputniks," "The Moolies," and "The Amateurs." Federico plays R. Fadagucci.

"The Hit" (2007)

Federico plays Sal in this short film about a Mafia contract killing that goes awry.

"The Obscure Brother" (2007)

This short was filmed in Italy and is about a child who witnesses an encounter between a stranger and his mother. his suspicions arise when she gives birth to a little boy. As the two grow, so does the resentment towards his little brother, until he agrees to become part of a plot that will end in a gruesome death. Federico is the father.

"El Cantante" (2006)

The life story of Hector Lavoe who started the salsa movement in 1975 and brought it to the United States. Federico portrays Jerry Masucci.

"A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints" (2006)

Dito, a writer in L.A., goes home to Astoria, Queens, after a 15-year absence when his mother calls to say his father's ill. In a series of flashbacks we see the young Dito, his parents, his four closest friends, and his girl Laurie, as each tries to navigate family, race, loyalty, sex, coming of age, violence, and wanting out. A ball falls onto the subway tracks at a station, small things get out of hand. Can Dito go home again? Federico plays Antonio's Father.

"In Hot Water" (2005)

"In Hot Water" is a short film that opened in New York City was shown at the Garden State Film Festival. It begins as a serious "Italian family" connection and ends as a serious "Italian family" tradition. The movie is a satiric comedy challenging our society's current fixation with diets and the almost anti-drug atmosphere we have placed on the consumption of carbohydrates. A tasty treat...if one admits to indulge!!!  Federico is Father Sal Manella.

"Volare" (2004)

Set in 1946, "Volare" is the story of Vincenzo BonGiovanni, who has moved to Brooklyn, New York from Italy along with his parents and his grandmother. He struggles to meet his father's expectations and tries to adjust to American school life. He finds a friend in America thanks to his skills of model airplane building and a radio show called "SKY KING". Tamela D'Amico wrote this story for her father, it is a fictionalized version of his journey and experience here coming over after the war as a young immigrant from Italy. Simply put, it's a story about LOVE. Federico plays Paolo BonGiovanni.

"Return of Fire" (2004)

After taking the fall for the mob and doing five years, Fire is back to find that his best friend sent him to prison and in the meantime the mob boss has staked a claim to his girl. Federico reprises his role in "Fire".

"La Araña" (2003)

"La Araña" was a short film. Federico was Bobby.

"Fire" (2002)

Federico made an independent Action/Drama entitled "Fire".  The movie was directed by Aleta Chappelle, who also served as one of the three writers of the film.  Aleta has worked with Francis Ford Coppola for years as a Casting Director.  She has also casted for such films as "Introducing Dorothy Dandridge""The Nutty Professor", "Losing Isaiah", "Sister Act 2", "Boomerang", and "Rambling Rose".

The film was shot on location in Mount Vernon, NJ and White Plains, NY on 35 MM Cinemascope wide format film.  In addition to Federico, who has one of the leading roles, it stars Jamaican actor Paul Campbell and actress Karen Williams, who has appeared on "Homicide".

"Fire" was released in Jamaica and was not shown here in the USA.

"Made" (2001)

"Made" was written, directed and starred Jon Favreau. It tells the story of two aspiring mobsters (the other played by Jon's pal Vince Vaughn) from Los Angeles who travel to New York to become "made men." They get involved with a money-laundering scheme and are initiated into a low-level crime syndicate. Sean "P. Diddy" Combs plays their "guide" once they get to New York. The film also stars Peter Falk, Famke Janssen and Jonathan Silverman. Federico was Doorman #1.

"18 Shades of Dust" (1999)

Jaded mob enforcer Vincent Dianni (Danny Aiello) ends up as the target of his boss's combustible son, Tommy Cucci (William Forsythe), when the hit man is suspected of a betrayal that led to the don's conviction and life sentence. While Vincent weighs his options and ponders his violent life, Tommy struggles to find the gumption to execute the man who's been like a second father to him. But a deal's a deal -- famiglia loyalty notwithstanding.

Federico's first film role (according to IMDB) was Bouncer #1.

TELEVISION

"Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2008)

In the June 15, 2008 episode "Contract", Federico's character is Frank Chess.

"Dragon Dynasty" (2006)

He was the first European explorer to reach China. And if two dragons have their way, he'll be the last. A made-for-TV movie on the Sci-Fi Channel.

"The Sopranos" (2002-2006)

What more can we say about our favorite hitman? Federico portrayed Furio Giunta in 34 episodes.

"NYPD Blue" (2003)

In the November 4, 2003 episode "It's to Die For", Federico played Brian Vaughn, a suspected rapist.

"Another World" (1991-1996)

On the soap opera "Another World", Federico did 4 episodes portraying a Maltese Guard.

THEATRE

"Guys & Dolls" (2004)

In February 2004, Federico participated in a performance of "Guys and Dolls" that was produced by Tony award winner Cyma Rubin. The evening was a successful fundraiser for the Iris Cantor Women's Health Center in New York City.

"Breaking Legs"

Federico appeared in the Broadway play "Breaking Legs", a comedy by Tom Dulack about a college professor attempting to find backing for his play from members of the mob.  As the high jinx ensue, it turns out the mobsters want to produce the play even if they do not want to read it.  Rehearsals begin sometime after filming wraps on "The Sopranos".
